The Saint Lucy Church at the Borghetto in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa The Saint Lucy Church was built before the XIII-th century and shows the typical features of the Gothic architecture. The facade of the religious building was restored in the XX-th century according to New Gothic style. On the main portal it is possible to admire a lunette portraying an "Our Lady with the Child" dating back to the XIV-th century. The interior has just an aisle and it is equipped by ogival windows and roof with trusses, being this latter restored and modified along the XX-th century.

Very interesting is also the cycle of XIV-th century frescoes on the walls: on the right wall it is possible to admire the frescoes painted by the painter Master of the woodmen's Annunciation, portraying "Saints monks, Saint Catherine of Alessandria and Our Lady on the Throne with the Child", whereas on the opposite wall there is a fresco portraying an "Announcing Angel". Along the right side of the church it is also possible to admire a fine plate portraying a "Crucifixed Christ", painted by the painter Master of the woodmen's Annunciation. Close to the main altar there is a fine wooden sculpture dating back to the XV-th century, portraying a "Crucifix". Valuable is also the Our Lady Chapel placed close to the right side of the presbitery, saving an important plate painted in the middle of the XV-th century by Neri di Bicci (1419-1491) and portraying an "Annunciation".
