On the main altar there is a fine oval painting by Pellegrino di Mariano portraying the "Our Lady with the Child".

On the wall on the right of the main altar there is a processional ensign compound by two faces portraying, the first one, the "Our Lady Crowned between the Saints Sebastian and Rocco", whereas the other one represents the "Saint Mary's Foundation". Both of them were painted by Ventura Salimbeni (1567-1613).
