The Medieval village of Massarosa The tourist itinerary starts visiting the "Saint Jacopo and Andrew Church", that is the oldest one of the town. Inside the church it is possible to admire numerous works, like a little shrine for holy oils built in XVI-th century by Lorenzo Stagi and a silver crux dating back to the XIV-th century, placed inside the sacristy. Going to the close Massacuiccoli it is possible to visit the remains of the "Venulei Aproniani's Villa", that was built in the Roman Age, whose inside is a little bathing facility.
