The Saint John Evangelist Church in Riparbella The most important religious building in Riparbella is the Saint John Evangelist Church, built in the middle of the XIX-th century on a pre-existing parish. The interior of the Saint John Evangelist Church has just an aisle and is covered by ceiling trusses. The church is rich of fine paintings like those ones painted on the apse by Stefano Ghezzani portraying the "Last Supper" and "Christ in Glory". At the entrance of the church it is possible to admire two stone-made fonts, both donated to the parish in 1646 by the Marquis Andrea Carlotto. Very valuable are also two wooden statues dating back to the XVI-th century placed close to the second right altar, portraying an "Our Lady" and an "Announcing Angel".
