The Thermal Baths of Chianciano Terme The Thermal Baths rise along the homonymous avenue. Taking the avenue it is possible to reach the "Parco dei Fùcoli" (Fùcoli's Park) where there is a water spring rich of sulphur, bicarbonate and calcium. Today the park is the seat of a sport and fitness centre. By an underpass it is possible to go to the "Parco Acqua Santa" (Holy Water Park), also known with the name of Park of the Springs, whose water springs have the same properties of the ones of the "Parco dei Fùcoli" (Fùcoli's Park).
Copyright Wikipedia Inside the "Parco Acqua Santa" (Holy Water Park) it is possible to visit a hall usually hosting parties and that was designed by the famous Italian architect Pier Luigi Nervi. Continuing walking the avenue can be reached the Piazza Italia (Italy Square) that is the centre of the town. Turning on the left it is possible to arrive to the "Stabilimento Sillene" (Sillene Thermal Bath) whereas on the right it is possible to reach the "Sorgente Sant'Elena" (Saint Ellen's Spring), whose springs are well known for its particular bicarbonate, alkaline, earth waters. The Saint Ellen Thermal Bath is characteristic for being surrounded by a large garden with oak-trees and pine-trees.
